OUR STORY

‍

Votech was founded during the onset of the COVID-19 pandemic to support businesses and non-profit organisations in conducting their annual meetings despite the inability to meet face-to-face. Our co-founders, Rainer Leit and Jari Kaitera, developed a user-friendly eVoting & meeting software, a SaaS (software as a service) product, designed to streamline your organization’s official meetings. Votech’s software was developed for political parties, associations, trade unions, and churches, allowing easy, quick, and secure electronic voting.

There is a need for digital tools in planning and organizing shareholder and annual meetings. Like in many industries, the official meeting space still lacks sufficient digitalization. And a very easy to use e-voting solution. The new laws have been issued in many EU countries, allowing remote and hybrid meetings and Electronic Voting. This is what Votech provides.

Votech Software runs on safe and secure Microsoft Azure technology. The software has been security audited. It facilitates meeting registration, strong identification of on-site and virtual participants, distribution of meeting materials, joining virtual meetings (Such as Teams, GoogleMeet and Zoom), following the meeting agenda, requesting the floor, as well as conducting hybrid and online voting and elections. Meeting participants and voting results are obtained quickly, and the system archives the data for possible future auditing.

The software has been available since fall of 2022, over 200 official meetings have been held with over 23K voters participating. Votech also provides organisations with a filming and streaming service for any type of event that you want to digitize and share at a later date.

About The Role

‍

You will play a pivotal role in starting, and driving the company’s growth in your Market and work closely with our founders. We are currently focusing on our go-to-market strategy so that your focus will also lie in this area.

Tasks

‍

⁃ Establishing required sales and marketing materials, with our Nordic team to Your market area

⁃ Customer acquisition: Ideate and test sales and possible channels to acquire new customers efficiently

⁃ Reporting: Keep track of sales efforts toevaluate and compare different strategies

⁃ Process optimisation: Build on your insights to develop and improve our sales approach

⁃ Business ownership: Setting up Votech company in Your market area after an initial 6-9 month market research phase. You will be a co-owner of the business by investing into the local venture and run it.

Requirements

‍

Votech is at a startup phase . This entails a lot of freedom to shape processes and structures but also requires certain traits:

Entrepreneurial mindset: Resources are limited and therefore it is key to use them efficiently. Often a quick-and-dirty working solution today will be preferred over the slow but perfect solution next month. We appreciate you Willing to make the local business Your will invest all your time and after proven success, also some money into the business. ‍

Hands-on: Probably the most important trait. Most of the things you will do, have not been done before. There is no blue print and you will be expected to solve problems independently.‍

Fluent German: Many of our customers do not speak English. Therefore,fluency in German is essential for this role. Other languages such as French or Dutch are a big plus!‍

B2B sales experience: You have experience in B2B sales. You are not afraid of picking up the phone and calling to prospects and using any other means to get to decision makers quickly. You also know how to identify the buying personas and drive deals with multiple decision makers.

Benefits

‍

Availability: You should be available full-time for a period of at least next 6 months. The sooner you can start the better.‍

Salary: Commission based, you will receive first 50% commission. ‍

Ownership: After 6-9 months, and successful start, you will have a potential to invest and own large portion of the Country Operations‍

Location: Anywhere in Germany
